OVERVIEW
CHILD works with industries, institutions, government agencies, schools, libraries, and communities to create environments, products, programmes, and experiences that better support children's learning, development, wellbeing, and participation.
Our work includes training, consulting, research, literacy initiatives, toy libraries, storytelling programmes, and demonstration projects that showcase effective practices in supporting children and families.
In addition to our long-term programmes, CHILD organises workshops, talks, community initiatives, and public events throughout the year. These events bring together parents, educators, librarians, writers, illustrators, community leaders, and industry partners to explore new ideas and celebrate childhood, learning, literacy, creativity, and play.
